(More customer reviews)The grill is a great idea.Unfortunately, the design of the grill side is very poor.There is a burner across the back and three burners projecting from this back burner (essentialy an M shape).This means that the back of the burner is always much hotter than the front of the burner. Furthermore, with only three burners projecting from the rear there are "cool" spots between the burners. In fact, from a hot spot perspective, this is the worst grill I have owned.
A $1000 Kenmore grill did a much better job.
I contacted the local Napoleon dealer and paid to have one of their repairman come out to look at the grill.He suggested buying a Lynx if I wanted to eliminate hot spots - I am not kidding.
